Download UmbraDesk

Windows

1. Run the downloaded UmbraDesk-Setup.exe.
2. Follow the installer (choose install location if you like, then finish).
3. Open UmbraDesk from the Start menu and join this office with your name or as a guest.

Mac

1. Open the downloaded UmbraDesk.dmg.
2. Drag UmbraDesk into the Applications folder.
3. Open UmbraDesk from Applications and join this office with your name or as a guest.

Linux

1. Download the .deb file above.
2. Double-click it to open with your software installer (Ubuntu/Debian), or run: sudo dpkg -i UmbraDesk.deb
3. Launch UmbraDesk from your app menu and join this office with your name or as a guest.

Portable version (AppImage) — no install: make executable (chmod +x UmbraDesk.AppImage) then run it.

Raspberry Pi

For Raspberry Pi 4 or 5 with 64-bit Raspberry Pi OS.

1. Download the .deb file on your Pi (or copy it there).
2. Double-click to install with the default package manager, or run: sudo dpkg -i UmbraDesk-rpi.deb
3. Open UmbraDesk from the menu and join this office with your name or as a guest.

Portable version (AppImage) — chmod +x UmbraDesk-rpi.AppImage then ./UmbraDesk-rpi.AppImage
