By accessing and using UmbraDesk, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. Description of Service

UmbraDesk provides virtual 3D office spaces for collaboration. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time without notice.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree not to use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis as per the selected plan. Payments are strictly non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
